Just around the bend in the lake is a great beaver creek. On most days we can paddle upstream quite easily. This is a good spot for wildlife photographers wanting to take pictures of moose. There is a large beaver population here as well.

Guided Canoe Trips are available this year. We have several two-people canoes and two Voyageur style canoes that can fit up to twelve people comfortably. This is a family favourite, great outdoor exercise and everybody gets to help out with the simple propulsion method.
